The price of housing in Spain was 1,696 euros per square meter in September 2019, marking a fall of -0.09% compared to the previous month. Compared to June 2019, the decline was -1.15%, while the uptick as of September 2018, it was 2.63%. The regions that rose the most monthly were Navarra, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. The most marked devaluation of this period was thrown by Castilla-La Mancha. In the third quarter of 2019, Madrid, the Balearic Islands and La Rioja grew the most, while the most intense cut was starred Catalonia. On the year, the largest increases came from the hand of the Balearic Islands, Madrid and the Canary Islands. La Rioja was the region that fell from one year to the next. The most expensive regions were the Balearic Islands, The Basque Country, Madrid, Catalonia and the Canary Islands, while the cheapest were Castilla-La Mancha, Extremadura,Murcia, Castilla and León and Aragon.
