BOOKING CONDITIONS. (cancellation and returns)

Reservation Policies:

Existing availability of house and dates, it is a requirement to confirm the reservation by paying 30% via bank transfer, during the next 3 working days in which the reservation was made.

If there is availability of a house with arrival in less than 3 days, it is a requirement to confirm the reservation, paying 30% via bank transfer at the time the reservation is made.

A deposit will be requested depending on the type of accommodation:

Houses with 1 bedroom, € 150.
Houses with 2 to 3 rooms, € 200.
Houses with 4 to 5 rooms, € 300.
Deposit refund:

The refund of the deposit will be made within 3 working days, by bank transfer and once the property has been verified.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation, the following amounts of the total rent may be retained:

10% if it occurs less than 90 days from the date of entry
20% if it occurs less than 60 days from the date of entry
30% if it occurs less than 30 days from the date of entry
In the case of a cancellation with more than 90 days by the tenant or the owner of the property at the date of entry, 100% of the reservation is returned.

Refunds for cancellations:

The return will be made by bank transfer, discounting the transaction costs incurred by the bank return.
