Denia:

In Denia there are two ports, a commercial and a sports port.

The city has been named the "Creative City of Gastronomy" by UNESCO

The coastal strip, which stretches over a length of 20 km in front of the city, is characterized by fine sandy beaches to the north and cliffs to the south.

The Castle of Dénia, with more than a thousand years of history, brings together in an enclosure the traces of the different cultures that have crossed this city.

The Parque Natural del Montgó with the 753-meter-high Montgó is located between Dénia and Jávea. The hiking paradise is home to 650 plant and numerous animal species.

Golfers will find two golf courses in the immediate vicinity: La Sella, with its 27 holes, and Oliva Nova with 18 holes.

The city has been awarded the title of "Creative City of Gastronomy" by UNESCO.

Denia is one of the municipalities in Spain with the highest number of festivals.

The Broken Ones:

To the south of Dénia is the area of Las Rotas, a coastline characterized by a multitude of small beaches and coves such as La Marineta, El Trampoli, Punta Negra, Arenetes and La Cala. The beaches are mainly made of white pebbles and year after year they receive the European Union's Blue Flag for cleanliness. A bus line connects Dénia with Las Rotas
